PlaNs fOr TwenTy TeN...

We have decided, to stay put in our crib which we have long called it Syurga Duniawi (even in my phone, i put it as Syurga Duniawi since i had my own home in yr2000)... no more maisonette, no more condo, no more private property cos WE CANT AFFORD IT!!!! And the true fact is, we can't bear going thru the hassle of packing, shifting and un-packing AGAIN!

Indeed last 3 yrs, we have been paying the loan blindly till the interest rate shoots up to 5%.  It was becos, we are so happy, comfortable staying in tis house.  Most of the ppl that came to my house lurves it cos the moment they stepped in, they said its so cooling... sampai my Aunt from Aussie said, "Rumah kau sejuk nyer, macam kat Syurga!"

So Hell to the bank loan!  We heck care no more cos we are following our heart and will proceed to do refinance of our home loan every 2 or 3 years. 

Hmmm, so now wat? Plan for 2010 lah!! Apa lagik............

We need new sofa, both sofa dah merajuk...!

We need a proper place for Le Photographe's customer! So does that mean, minor reno?

We need a proper masterbedroom cos the walkin wardrobe is killing us!  My sleeping space is so cramp. So does that mean, minor reno oso?

And last but not least, we need a new TV! Bila ler 46" LED nak turun harga ke $1000?  Hahahhaa......

New year will come soon so its SAVING time!!! Weeeeeeee....
