Its been 3 weeks ++ I am working with my new company. Everything went well, everyone is so friendly. Though i am restricted to sing out loud, restricted to do crazy stuff cos why? Cos kakak's desk is situated jus outside the CEO's office. So jus imagine, everyday come to work, very "kuai", talk soft soft. (lol!)
Oh ya, I really enjoyed sitting in the Management Office cos we have as much as 5 staff working together, hand in hand. 4 from OD Dept (Organisational & Development Dept) and 1 is my Legal Executive who is a great guy whom we called "Chao A-Beng". As a Legal Secretary, of course Legal Department is my main priority but on top of that, i am based near the Organisational & Development Dept whereby there are 5 "creative yet siow" women who are given the trust to create new ideas.
- 1 is a Organisational Development Manager (a fillipinos) who is so motherly....
- 1 is a Traning Manager (a Chinese) who is everyday so cheerful and whom hubby is also a freelance photographer...
- 1 is the CEO Secretary (a Chinese) who is everyday si chirpy...
- 1 is the Senior Corporate Relations Executive (a fillipino) who is quiet but diam-diam berisi...
- 1 is Corporate Communication Executive (a fillipino) who is so creative cos she's incharge of the Newsletter
So even though i am new, they will always come to me to get new ideas such as choosing corporate gift, planning to do the bi-monthly in-hse seminar, re-vamping of the Swiber Family Gallery. With such, i felt honoured and i cos as least what i learnt and did back in Fraser, i do give my part here.
But one thing for sure, everyday, wif out fail, people whom i bumped in the ladies will try and make small conversation with me. And their 1st question to me will ALWAYS be,
"Hhhmmm sorry ah but are you FILIPPINO or SINGAPOREAN?"
And as normal, my reply will be, "Of course i'm a Malay Singaporean cos Filippinos will never have hairstyle like me...."
Muakakkakaka..... cos if you are observant enuf, you should agree wif me that most Fillipinos like to have straght and rebonded hair?? Am i rite? hihihihi
And a'ah kao! My place got lotsa and lotsa and lotsa of fillipinos!! And i swear i am slowly addicted to speak like them, hahhahha!!
