People asked me, "Why are you always so chirpy?"
Reason being........
"Life is short........ I don like to take most of the unnecessary things so SeWiOuS!"
But most of the time, by being SO extraordinary chipy, I will get reminder from colleagues, "Hei, its time to take your medicine......"
After being woman in thiRties, I jus wanna be the pink rose and not the rose on the left.... wrinkly dry.... YUCKS! *familiar Norm?
Not many know that i'm slowly practising HeaLthY LifeStyLe.... early last month, i started to pay extra attention to my skin by consistently TRY NOT TO FORGET to use toner, serum, eye creams & moisturiser.
I make sure i take my Vitamin C everyday after lunch.
I'm trying to follow hubby's good example that is to eat more fruits.
"an apple a day, keeps the doctor away"
And recently, Momma Zue started to jog.
You laff???? Ehhhh cummon'... its rude to laff. (Hahahhahaha....) But sewiusly, i started to jog last Friday. After much persuasion and encouragement from Abang Le, i made it happen! And i promise to myself that will try to make it happen every Friday.
To tell u the truth, i was a long distance runner as well as an active netballer during high school (laff again? rude child you...!) but it all went down the drain after i started working.
LAZY is the KEYWORD! And DELAYING was the main excuse.....
Jus imagine, after more than 10 years NOT exercising. I realised its time cos last week, when i was climbing up the stairs up to the carpark, i was so exhausted. Padahal our vehicle was only on the 2nd floor. Let me repeat it, 2nd floor. So Abang Le commented, "Mak aiii! Baru 2nd floor tau bu.... belum lagik ayah park tingi-tinggi. I tink u really need a jog."
People around me did ask, "U got time meh?"
But i told them..... "Indeed there is no time esp with 3 kids and 1 older kid (hihihi).... since i can't BUY time, i try my very best to FIND time"

ReplyDeleteActually i cant too.... but on tis cuming Friday and maybe for future Fridays, after sending IZ to nite school @ 8pm, i will plan to bring my mum since she wanna join me. She will do briskwalking with Adly with the stroller, Aqil desperately wanna cycle while me JOG..... thats how i tink the best way i could find time which involves my family :)

guess what I just ate KFC for dinner and can jolly well forget the intention to lose weight..
malas is the word to describe me, cuz if pple ask me why i tak g exercise, i tell pple, "sleep also no time how to exercise"..
at this moment, fufilling my night duty til 10.00pm.. and once reach home, bath, kiss baby ilhan then "BuMp" on the pillow and fly off to DReAM LaND..

Wish i were at woodlands leh join momma zue g jogging, honestly, after my no. 4 hubby did hint i had put on weight, surprisingly when i signed up for true yoga membership he willingly pay for it... tats the sign he really wants me to lose some weight n keep in shape....wakakaka...

ku pun malas part exercise2 nie....but if i want to exercise...i take the fun...relaxing way....SWIMMING....FULL BODY workout....try lahh sis.....budak2 pun can join in....the more the merrier....(but remember kena full laps and few times...)*wink*
