LaBoR BaG... aLL SeT?? SuRe??

Abstract from www.pregnancy.about.com .  Here is a handy list of things to take with you to the hospital or birth center when you give birth!

Your Labor Bag

  • Tooth brushes and Tooth paste 
  • Pillows from home (Use colored cases to distinguish from your birth place's linens) *** BaNtal BusyuK ke? Ahakkssss
  • Music you would like
    ***  MP3 fom my Nokia N72...
  • Camera with film and batteries
    *** Euuuwww nowadays ppl use film-less camera lah... confirm website ni dah lapok!!
  • Camcorder with charged batteries and accessories
    *** Yesh, if labour from home we'll carry it... otherwise, camera only lah :)     which i have start carrying it in my work bag since last Monday
  • Water bottles for ice
    *** For me, water bottle filled wif "air selusuh"!!! Hahhahaha
  • List of people to call after the baby is born
    *** Eeuuww, no worries... i'll SMS u guys ok but wif a condition, i have ur mobile number lor :)
  • Lip Balm
    *** Always wif me...
  • Socks for mom
    *** Compliments from ChinTaPouR AirLiNes....
  • Special foods or drinks
    *** Can i bring along my coke & nutella spread? Ahaksss...

Your Postpartum Bag

  • Nursing bras and pads (preferably the washable, soft ones.)
    *** Goon have ordered my nursing bras.  If the shipment does not come on time, ahakssss... meaning i hafta wear that "coli nenek-nenek" 1st lor, YiKesss!!!      
  • Breastfeeding book
    *** I'm reading it online everynite cos i planned to breastfeed FU    LLY tis time
  • Going home outfit for baby
    *** Done!!! From Baby Zara which says "Thank You Dad & MuM"
  • Blanket for Baby
    *** Yup!! From Mothercare...
  • Your own personal night gown, robe (They will get dirty!)
    *** No need lah. KKH got ToNNeS of it :) Their maternity uniforms.... ahaks!!
  • Personal Hygiene items (shampoo, your own pads, etc.)
    *** Of course!!! No maternity pads pulezzzz... too thick yet UNCOMFY!!! And for sure KKH gives the "TIE PAD" like tarzan, eeuuwww no thanxxxx!!!
  • Going home outfit for mom (You will still be look to be about 6 months pregnant.  Most women where the clothes that they wore to the hospital, some bring nursing shirts.)
    *** I intend to bring kebaya songket ngan sanggul lintang, ok tak?

Additional items i brought which website always forget to mention are:
* Lenses container & solutions
* My glasses... otherwise i cant see!!Potek ler katakan....
* MY MAKE UP POUCH!!! Important wor cos i already have a title from Ward 82 in yr2001 which is "Pretty Mummy".... always look good even after birth :)

Anything ELSE i missed???

    Ya lor, me yday finish clearing my workstation... waiting & waiting tau!!
    But hor, after u left tis afternoon, HR called to mention abt sumthing, i'm jus sad cos no one wanna take over tis "Secretary of States" job... how???? Ehhh my job best tau!! Why everyone scared to take over eh?

    Euuuwwww, cos i don wanna trouble my hubby, thats y i did that...
    Cos the moment i give birth, he will be busy wif our 2 other heroes as well as preparing for the little one to come home... as for now, nuthing was set up in our room.
    Not even the baby's bed :)
